Hari - Behaviour Practitioner
Hari is a warm and thoughtful Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner with a Bachelor of Psychological Science from Federation University Australia.
He has been involved with Roarhouse Melbourne, a not-for-profit community arts initiative that creates opportunities for people who may face barriers to participation. Hari has also coached under-16s basketball, an experience that allowed him to support young people to build their skills, confidence and sense of belonging.
Hari is particularly interested in understanding the “why” behind behaviour and exploring how a person’s environment, relationships and experiences can shape the way they engage with the world. He approaches his work with curiosity, openness and a genuine interest in each participant’s story. He values the knowledge of participants and those who know them best, using their insights to shape practical supports that fit naturally into daily life.
Outside of work, Hari is obsessed with basketball, both as a fan and a player. He also enjoys gaming, music, travelling with friends, and spending time in nature.
