Nikki - Team Lead and Behaviour Practitioner

Nikki is an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner with a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) and a strong background in neuropsychology, mental health, and NDIS therapeutic intervention. With experience supporting children, adolescents, young adults, and families, Nikki brings both clinical precision and deep relational warmth to her practice.

Nikki has worked across neuropsychology and allied health settings, giving her a comprehensive understanding of how behaviour, environment, sensory processing, and mental health intersect in day-to-day life. Her experience as a Neuropsychology Assistant, combined with her clinical assessment skills (ABAS, CBCL, BRIEF, Sensory Profile, Conners, and more), has equipped her to interpret data meaningfully and translate it into behaviour support strategies that feel practical, compassionate, and achievable for support teams.

Nikki is confident in developing comprehensive behaviour plans, facilitating stakeholder collaboration, and mentoring support teams to implement strategies with confidence and care. She is passionate about creating accessible resources, embedding trauma-informed practice, and ensuring that behaviour support goes beyond compliance to genuinely enhance quality of life.
