Team Leader & Behaviour Practitioner

Heidi is a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst with over six years of experience in Early Intensive Behaviour Intervention (EIBI), supporting individuals with autism, developmental delays, and intellectual disabilities.

She specialises in designing and supervising behaviour plans, building key life skills, and training families and staff. With a holistic, person-centred approach, Heidi works to create meaningful, lasting outcomes.

Heidi holds Master’s degrees in Applied Behaviour Analysis and Early Childhood Teaching, and is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese—bringing a strong cultural lens to her work with diverse families
