Behaviour Practitioner (Tweed Heads)
Tasha Youngman (PgDip, BSc Hons, SAC Dip) is a Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner, clinical supervisor and Team Leader with extensive experience across the disability, behavioural and community sectors. She specialises in functional behavioural assessments, developing Interim and Comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans, and coaching families, support teams and practitioners to implement evidence-based strategies. Tasha is highly skilled in clinical supervision, incident and risk management, compliance within the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework, and designing practical reporting systems that maximise outcomes for clients and providers.
With a background spanning leadership roles in autism services, community development, support coordination, and clinical education in the UK, Tasha brings a strong capacity-building focus to every role. She has managed large multidisciplinary teams, delivered national training and workshops, supported CALD communities, developed policies and programs, and presented at international conferences. Backed by postgraduate study and extensive training in PBS, trauma-informed practice, mental health, behaviour change and leadership, Tasha is dedicated to delivering ethical, person-centred behavioural support and strengthening practitioner capability across the sector. Tasha lives in Tweed Heads and accepts referrals in and around that area.
