FREE Positive Behaviour Support Training For All NDIS Providers
Elevate Your Support Practices with Our IN PERSON Positive Behaviour Support Training Sessions: Delivered Personally by Our Founding Director
At Bespoke Behaviour, we believe that improving participants' quality of life should be the main aim of all providers. That's why we offer this training for free: to empower you to make a real difference in the lives of those you support.
Every session is delivered in person by Aaron Miller, Founding Director of Bespoke Behaviour, Advanced Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, and psychotherapist. Aaron has built a national PBS practice of more than fifty clinicians with no marketing or advertising. When your team trains with Bespoke, they learn directly from one of the most experienced voices in Australian behaviour support.
Each session is custom-built for your team. Aaron works with you beforehand to understand your service setting, your participants, and the behaviours your staff face day to day, then shapes the training around what your people actually need, whether that's reading and implementing behaviour support plans, understanding restrictive practice obligations, de-escalation, or knowing what quality PBS should look like from your provider.
These training sessions are for ALL NDIS PROVIDERS. We work with support workers, accommodation providers, support coordinators, allied health teams and respite companies to help them upskill their teams and create positive changes for their participants.

If you have then this training is for you.
-
Absolutely. Our senior PBS team is highly knowledgable in all aspects of PBS. If we are unable to assist you on the day we will follow up with our wider team and get back to you.
-
We can! We are happy to get into the weeds about the process of getting behaviour support plans approved, working with an APO, and recognising and reducing restrictive practices.
