    Raika is an Advanced-Level Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner and Managing Director at Bespoke Behaviour. She holds a Master’s degree in Developmental Psychology and began her career working with children, later expanding her practice to support adults as well.

    A graduate of the Institute of Applied Behaviour Analysis (IABA), Raika has developed extensive expertise in trauma-informed approaches and family-centred practice. Her passion lies in supporting individuals and families through a range of therapeutic strategies that promote safety, connection, and meaningful growth.

    As Managing Director, Raika is committed to building a PBS team that embodies excellence, compassion, and integrity, creating a culture where practitioners are supported to deliver truly person-centred and transformative support.

  • Founding Director - Aaron

    Aaron is a qualified psychotherapist and experienced Positive Behaviour Support practitioner who specialises in supporting young men with sexualised behaviours. His work focuses on helping participants understand themselves and develop healthier behavioural patterns through evidence-based, human-centred practice.

    Aaron holds a Master’s degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy from ACAP, a Certificate in Positive Behaviour Support from the University of Melbourne, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from James Cook University. This diverse academic foundation informs his integrative and relational approach to behaviour support.

    As Managing Director of Bespoke Behaviour, Aaron’s driving goal is to build Australia’s most kind, skilled, and genuinely caring PBS team, one that leads with heart, supports each other, and makes behaviour support feel truly human.

    Natalie is both a skilled Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner and the driving force behind our operations at Bespoke. She has supported individuals across age groups with trauma histories, ADHD, FASD, ASD, intellectual disabilities, and complex behaviours. As Operations Manager, Natalie ensures our practitioners have the tools, processes, and support they need to deliver high-quality, person-centered behaviour support. She builds frameworks that balance structure with flexibility, always with participants’ wellbeing at the centre.

  • Admin Support - Kim

    Kim is our dedicated Admin Support, currently completing her Master’s in Counselling and Psychotherapy. Passionate about fostering connections, she works tirelessly to support Bespoke’s staff, participants, and external collaborators. With her approachable and organised nature, Kim ensures the smooth running of operations, helping create a positive environment for everyone involved.

  • Behaviour Practitioner - Brooke

    Brooke is a warm, thoughtful, and skilled Behaviour Therapist with a Bachelor of Psychological Science from the University of Adelaide. She brings a natural ability to connect with school-aged children, supporting them with emotional regulation, social skills, and confident communication. Brooke is a Registered Behaviour Technician with experience delivering therapy in schools, kindergartens, and home settings.

    Avan is a Behaviour Practitioner with a Bachelor of Psychological Sciences and Counselling, specialising in Positive Behaviour Support. She has extensive experience working with children and adolescents, particularly those with ASD, ADHD, and other developmental conditions. Avan is skilled in collaborating with families and care teams to create holistic, person-centred strategies. Passionate about early intervention, she focuses on addressing root causes of behaviours to empower individuals and improve quality of life.

    Jess brings over 10 years of experience in education and positive behaviour support to Bespoke. Starting her career as a Primary School Teacher with a focus on Student Wellbeing, she has worked extensively in disability inclusion, managing challenging behaviours, and supporting families and educators. With a Master of Education in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Jess is passionate about helping individuals with complex needs, particularly in areas such as Autism, ADHD, and Intellectual Disabilities.

    Marta Landoni is a behaviour therapist with a PhD in psychology, specialising in developmental processes, resilience, and trauma recovery. She has extensive experience in Positive Behaviour Support and crisis intervention within the NDIS. Marta integrates mindfulness into her evidence-based interventions, promoting resilience and emotional regulation. Fluent in English and Italian, she is passionate about empowering individuals with disabilities to overcome barriers and thrive independently.

    Michael is a Behaviour Practitioner with a Bachelor of Psychological Science, an Honours in the Science of Psychology from RMIT, and certification in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) from Monash University.

    With two years of experience as a mental health program educator, Michael brings expertise in Personality Science, Pain Science, Positive Psychology, Motivation and Emotion, Individual Differences, Psychometrics, and PBS. He is passionate about helping individuals achieve meaningful outcomes through evidence-based interventions.

  • Senior Behaviour Practitioner - Christie

    Christie is a compassionate and values-led senior level Behaviour Support Practitioner and supervisor with a background in psychology and a passion for person-centred support. She holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science from Deakin University and is currently completing her Diploma of Counselling through AIPC. Christie works closely with individuals, families, and providers to develop practical, ethical, and trauma-informed behaviour support strategies that reflect the unique needs of each person. Wonderful Christie is on maternity leave!

  • Behaviour Practitioner - Yi-Ching

    Yi-Ching has experience working with people across the lifespan in both clinical and community settings, including participants with dual diagnoses, significant behavioural challenges, and persistent mental health concerns. She is particularly skilled in functional behaviour assessments, developing Behaviour Support Plans, and facilitating training for support networks to ensure sustainable, person-centred outcomes.

    With additional training in Collaborative and Proactive Solutions (CPS) and a foundation in trauma-informed care, Yi-Ching is passionate about reducing restrictive practices and building genuine, trusting relationships with participants and their teams.

    Yi-Ching currently has capacity for new referrals in the north-western area of Melbourne (within half an hour of Mill Park)

    Heidi is a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst with over six years of experience in Early Intensive Behaviour Intervention (EIBI), supporting individuals with autism, developmental delays, and intellectual disabilities.

    She specialises in designing and supervising behaviour plans, building key life skills, and training families and staff. With a holistic, person-centred approach, Heidi works to create meaningful, lasting outcomes.

    Heidi holds Master’s degrees in Applied Behaviour Analysis and Early Childhood Teaching, and is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese—bringing a strong cultural lens to her work with diverse families.

    Jen has over a decade of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families across school and community settings.

Holding a doctorate in Social Psychology from Cambridge University, he has worked across six continents, supporting Indigenous communities, conducting interventions in conflict zones, and assisting survivors of violence and trauma.

    Marita Nicholas is an experienced Positive Behaviour Specialist in Geelong with over 30 years in education and behavioural support.     While completing her Bachelor’s degree in Psychological Science, Cailah worked as a mental health support worker and later transitioned into support coordination to assist individuals in overcoming complex challenges.     Cailah is especially passionate about working with children, focusing on Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD). Veema is also a published author and a participant in the Leaders for Geelong 2024 program, where she’s co-designed innovative, wraparound support models for vulnerable communities in the region.

  • Bendigo - Behaviour Practitioner - Larissa

    Larissa brings a wealth of experience in mental health, forensics, and child welfare, with a deep understanding of behaviour and its complexities. Her extensive work with diverse populations has equipped her with the skills to implement effective interventions and support participants in achieving their goals. Larissa’s previous experience includes her role as an Advanced Case Manager at the Bendigo Magistrates Court, where she worked with complex cases and developed strong stakeholder relationships to facilitate positive outcomes.

    Larissa has also provided evidence-based therapeutic support to families facing a range of challenges, including family violence and substance abuse. This experience has honed her ability to address challenging behaviors and provide tailored strategies that promote lasting change.

    Cody is a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner with a strong foundation in psychology and a deep commitment to person-centred, trauma-informed practice.     He holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science with First Class Honours from La Trobe University and has contributed to peer-reviewed publications in cognitive neuroscience.
