Behaviour Practitioner
Sarah brings extensive experience supporting young people and families across complex community, homelessness, youth justice, child protection and education settings, with a strong focus on strengths-based, person-centred practice.
Her background includes complex assessment and case conceptualisation, behaviour-change interventions, stakeholder collaboration and working with young people with significant psychosocial and environmental complexity.
Sarah also holds a Graduate Diploma in Counselling and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Psychology, and has additional training across complex trauma, AOD, Single Session Therapy and suicide intervention.
She is a particularly good fit for adolescents and adults, complex presentations, psychosocial disability, justice or child-protection involvement, trauma-informed work, and participants who benefit from a strong relational approach.
